Bigger Boat
1.5 oz Brandy
.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
2 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz Brandy, .5 oz Apricot Liqueur, .75 oz Elderflower Liqueur, .5 oz Lillet Blanc, and 2 Dashes of Rhubarb Bitters. Add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a sphere, express a lemon peel over top and garnish with a shark mouth cut-out dripping with Angostura Bitters.

Lillet is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc wine with 15% of fruit liqueurs flavored with oranges and herbs. Around 1985, the fortified wine was reformulated to reduce the quinine bitterness and balancing sweetness. This allows the spirit to highlight its floral and citrus notes as well as dryness from the Sauvignon Blanc.

Made with natural and artificial flavors, these Rhubarb bitters bring a lot of lingering flavor to the front of the palate. A light vegetal flavor with hints of fennel and a berry sweet scent. These bitters have almost no color or alcohol content so several dashes will not have any effect on the cocktail color bite or bitterness, which could be surprising for rhubarb.
